Appointment times are as follows:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00AM, Thursday at 11:00AM and Saturday at 8:00AM

Please Note: We are closed on the following holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, December 24th and Christmas.

This is information you will need for your appointment:

  1. Since you are making your appointment on our website, please bring $175.00 in cash, money order, Visa, or MasterCard.  We do not accept checks.
  2. We have parking in the front and rear of our building.
  3. You may bring a support person, but we do not have public facilities for them.
  4. No children are allowed.
  5. Expect to be with us for 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 hours.  
  6. We keep the clinic temperature at about 68º.  Bring a jacket or sweater if this will be uncomfortable for you.
  7. Please bring your Driver’s License or State Picture ID
  8. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian does not have to stay for the entire visit.  We can have them out in about ½ hour.  Your parent or guardian must bring their Driver’s License or State Picture ID with them.
